Breathe magazine is the original mindfulness magazine for calm and relaxation. Available internationally, it is a body-and-soul guide to a happier, healthier life and includes five sections – well-being, living, mindfulness, creativity and escape. Breathe magazine aims to help readers make more time for themselves. Each issue includes beautiful illustrations, craft projects, and inspiring features such as relieving stress, increasing resilience and finding greater happiness. Each commission is a series of illustrations - full title page, half page and insets.
